Founded in 1950

The firm has been servicing clients throughout the east coast since 1950. The firm was founded by Albert Rich and Sanford Gelwarg based on the premise of providing excellent personal service for our clients and always placing the clients' needs first. In 1978, Mark H. Lampf joined the firm and became a partner in 1981. In 1992, Mr. Rich and Mr. Gelwarg retired, and Mark H. Lampf became senior partner. Rich, Gelwarg & Lampf currently operates with a staff of seven to help meet your every need. This has enabled the firm to expand its horizons into many other areas in order to provide a complete and all encompassing range of services from accounting, tax preparation bookkeeping, consulting, estate preparation and planning to a full-service payroll company. This also enables our firm to provide our clients with the most current tax and financial planning advice while taking into account their personal goals.
